Too much "feeling" and not enough fact
If you want to know how your confidence level will soar after losing weight or maybe how people will "want to be your friend" then this book is for you!
If you want to know the mechanics of how to follow a ketogenic diet, look elsewhere. This book was less than $5, so I'm not sure what I was expecting, but what I received was not worth $5.
