Enjoyable story

Recently introduced to this author with the "I Need You" series. This is the story of another Lund cousin and overall was quite good. I only wished they used the narrator's from the first series. They did a much better job especially when switching between Female/Male voices. Although an annoyance, I am still looking forward to the next book in the series.

Is this book trying to make a point of there being no such thing as happy ever after. Or the fact that realities bites ass!

I have been waiting for Jax and Lucy. I cant wait for Nolan's love story.

Second chance worth the read

The narrators were excellent that you could get lost in the story. The story will suck you in as you are find that you are cheering for Lucy & Jaxson to get back together. Such a great story.

What a lovely surprise <3

I don’t know how this ended up in my library but I randomly clicked on it yesterday and have enjoyed a lovely little nugget of a story since. This is a second chance romance, a little bit of hockey, and acceptance. Voice acting was great and I always love when stories have parenting woes too commiserate. These were included in my audible subscription but I would happily pay for the next in the series and I’ll check out more from this author. Cheers

Overall good story

This was the craziest second chance story I’ve ever read. The twist at the end had me like WOW! Jaw dropped.

I want you back by Lorelei James was truly a heart tugging love story. True love at its finest. I definitely recommend this book.

Good story, mediocre narration

Another Lund cousin story. Sadly each new story does not start where the last book ends so we missed the story of Anneka’s wedding that could have been incorporated into the beginning of this one easily. We narrative was a bit long for Jaxson and Lucy’s story but tugged at the heartstrings. He was such a jerk but She also had some issues- though not nearly as bad as his. His maturity and forgiveness needed to be earned and so the story was very touching. Mimi was a bit of a brat but also very real. The narration was disappointing and distracting. Kristen James male voice was mumbling and unclear. Troy Duran’s voice for Lucy was stilted and there was not enough distinction with the brother and cousins. I loved the scene where he blew off steam on the ice and maybe we will see more of that in his brother’s story.

This book!!!

If there is one book you want to download this year, this is it. A hardcore, tear at your heartstrings, story of redemption & second chances. Granted their is some cheating involved, but it was primarily caused but another overlineing reason. You will come to love these characters even with their flaws. One of LJ’s best to date.
