Recovering from sleep problems
For over a year I have struggled with my sleep which has led to me eating badly, not exercising regularly and obviously gaining weight. After reading an outline of all the topics covered in this audiobook bundle I decided to treat myself as I really had nothing to lose and I'm so glad that I did, Thanks to the info about mindfulness and sleep, my sleep and health are finally starting to recover. Changed my life for the better.
I am proud to say that emotional eating is no longer part of my life, after listening to this audioboo bundle. I can finally stop worrying aboout eating out with friends and going to restaurants on dates due to my "weird" eating habits. Listening to this gave me so much understanding of my own habits and behaviour that I just didn't think was possible and it has truly changed the way I live forever.
