Short and to the point!
Great tips! Wish I had this book 2 years ago! I’m an investor but would have employed more of these strategies at once to get my property paid down sooner so I can focus on more cash flow.

interesting strategies, but not for everyone!
this seems to be a good, quick listen, but this book would be better read in print, so that you could go back to the explanations and compare them to your current situation. It's difficult to envision the actual procedures used in each of these strategies mentioned while only listening.
