Well worth the listen.

I had always heard about Joe Girard being a great sales trainer so when I saw his book on Audible I had to get it. This book is a great sales refresher especially in the end when he talks about keeping the business that you already have.

Best. Narrator. Ever

I actually really thought it was Joe Gerard narrating, there was so much passion in his performance. In addition, this book was phenomenally useful. I took tons of notes and will probably still listen to it a second time. As someone who sells a service and not a product I do wish there was more references to the service based industry, but that didn't stop me from taking away some amazing information. This book completely changed the way I do business. Although i'm pretty early on implementing some of the tactics and there's still a lot of trial and error involved, (I am not a born salesperson) I am already seeing the benefits in the way that clients respond, their increased interest, and my ability to handle the challenging ones.

Wonderful Book

Joe Girard’s book about how to close every sale, overcome objections, give outstanding service, and build a referral business is a must read for every salesperson both new and experienced.

Sleazy and outdated

This guy is basically a car salesman from the 70’s. Content is outdated, sexist and out of touch.
