Eye Opening
This book allowed me to gain so much insight into myself and the narcissistic abuse I was enduring. I recommend this to anyone who feels that they have suffered or are suffering at the hands of a narcissist.

A magnificent audiobook
A magnificent audiobook. The author really dives deep into the topics of Empaths and Narcissistic Abuse and why these two topics are connected. Narcissists love Empaths. It is important for you to be aware of this and understand how to protect yourself. If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse the author does a superb job on how to break away and recover. Really recommend.
