Great Book 10/10!
I've tried several sleep aids and treatments in my years-long fight with insomnia. But this book has changed everything. I've been able to identify the cause of my sleep issues and create better sleeping habits thanks to the detailed guide's use of CBT-I and sleep hygiene. Happy Sleeping!
I have been so plagued by insomnia that I looked for a book that would give me a comprehensive viewpoint. This was that book. It didn't just give a few tips to try, it really examined everything about sleep cycle and sleep preparation. This is a very worthwhile audible and I would really recommend it to anyone - a good sleep means a good mood and a good day - It's totally worth it.
