Great Book 10/10!

I've tried several sleep aids and treatments in my years-long fight with insomnia. But this book has changed everything. I've been able to identify the cause of my sleep issues and create better sleeping habits thanks to the detailed guide's use of CBT-I and sleep hygiene. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night. Rather, I'm sleeping better, falling asleep more quickly, and waking up feeling rejuvenated.

It has been simple for me to incorporate these strategies into my everyday routine thanks to the author's concise explanations and helpful suggestions. Great!

With the nature of my work, my sleeping schedule is not very good. I cannot sleep in the right time and will be sleepy on those times that I should be awake. I am really hoping that this audiobook will help me get me through this as I believe that this is a very competent and very impactful.

Nicely done!

Happy Sleeping!

I have been so plagued by insomnia that I looked for a book that would give me a comprehensive viewpoint. This was that book. It didn't just give a few tips to try, it really examined everything about sleep cycle and sleep preparation. This is a very worthwhile audible and I would really recommend it to anyone - a good sleep means a good mood and a good day - It's totally worth it.

This is a great tool that will help you understand the causes of your insomnia and ways to overcome it. It is important, especially at my age, to get enough sleep. I am so happy that this audiobook exists! Slowly but surely, I am getting there!
