Book 4 of The Plated Prisoner series does not disappoint. It is jam packed with relevant details, tidbits, backstories, and information crucial to the story. Not nearly as spicy as B3, but there is a surprise coupling that made me so giddy! I can’t wait to hear what happens next. Sitting on pins and needles until then! In the words of Auren, “Great Devine” this series is delicious!

There was so much growth and movement in this book. Definitely helps with the transition however still a great book.

Can’t recommend this series enough. The stories keep getting better and better, unlike other series’ that draw out and have boring parts. Didn’t seem like any dull moments in this one!

ALL THE FEELS

I JUST finished this audiobook and wow I cannot even articulate the way the entire book made me feel. I am in AWE of Raven Kennedys writing. Her mind is a masterpiece. It is so absurdly incredible how she is able to write in a way that makes you FEEL. Sometimes her writing is so poetic I stop just to admire the words. Aurens journey is incredible and her strength unmatched. But SLADE omfg the man that he is!!!!! His energy and undeniable confidence in Auren and her strength made me ADORE him. The way he supports her fully no matter what is just so beautiful. She deserved that kind of love after every she’s been through and her journey through accepting that WOW just wow I am genuinely in awe of this book. I have so so many thoughts and so many things to say but my mind is still reeling from that ending. The side stories we get throughout the series so far have been so masterfully crafted into the main story, it’s absolutely jaw dropping. I cannot wait to see how Queen Malina story continues as well as Osirik!

Yes this performance is just so good. That ending was fire. I’m glad the whole series is out but I’m sad I have to wait for the audio. I need to listen to the next book.

Great Continuation to the Series!

Glow was so good! It had a slower pace than Gleam, but it still delved deeper into the different characters. We got to experience chapters told in new povs which I enjoyed a lot. I absolutely loved discovering more about Slade's back story. It made me love this multi-layered hero even more. It was also really nice to discover more about Fourth Kingdom, but also finally learn about the Fae world, Annwynn.

The romance between Auren and Slade was even more powerful and swoony! Their intimate moments were an inferno of hotness! I seriously adored this couple! This book was also about Auren learning to control her gold and to fight, but also forging a bond with Slade's Wrath. I really loved Lu, Judd, Ryatt and Osrik. The intrigue with the Conflux wanting Auren's trial had ma anxious for her destiny.

Glow was such a great read or listen in this case! The great narration had me completely invested in this novel. The last few chapters were full of events that left me stunned and heartbroken! Seriously, that ending was just devastating! I'm so ready for book five!

Wow just wow. The story gets better and better and man that cliffhanger !!!!!! The narration is amazing.
