Great narration, but not much else

As allways, Hollis McCarthy does great work with inferior material.

The characters however are narrowminded and incompetent. How can it be so difficult to kill someone? If you can't kill someone with a single arrow, why create even more complicated plans and games just to end up in a head on charge at your target? This is not how someone calling themselves an assassin would operate.
