An In-depth Book
This book is pretty good if you are looking to understand the German language. It isn't just a "useful phrases" book for tourists but it goes in-depth about each topic it mentions. If you're a complete beginner, I highly recommend this book and if you're an intermediate learner, this book can be a good source to skim through quickly.

A Good Self-Study Audiobook
This book is great for self-study, explains patterns and rules to make it easier to acquire a working vocabulary. I already knew some German when I got the book but liked it so much.

Truly A Helpful Book
I usually have a difficult time when trying to learn a foreign language but with this book, I'm learning at a fast past the instructions are easy to understand and I'm already noticing situations where I could talk to people in Germany.

Really insightful
This book is very good at explaining grammar rules and how to structure proper sentences. The audiobook is very helpful to know if you're pronouncing words properly.

bought as a gift for my 14-year-old son who is taking 1st year German in the 9th grade this year. His teacher told him to "study it and use it as a help. It will help you".
