A short but exciting ride
I’m picky about what I’d recommend to friends but this will be one of them. No fluff or filler and was definitely surprised at the end, which is rare these days considering how many titles I rip through each month. Narrator was superb.

The storyline
Just get it! RR is by far my favorite author. This one is not like the rest of his books but his story telling is always on point. Just buy it! You won't be disappointed

Haywood's best book yet.
I'm so blown away with how amazing this story was. I've read all his novels and this was his most mature and best writing to date. The narrator Gethin Anthony is on the level of R.C. Bray or Carey Mulligan. Outstanding job and best story I've heard all year. I hope for more in this universe.

What a fun little mystery!
Bought it and then proceeded to finish it over the course of 24 hours. Only takes a couple of chapters to get going as it doesn't require a ton of background or set up. Mystery will keep you listening to every detail. I was guessing the entire way through. Not a ton of characters and no time travel or different perspectives makes it super easy to follow. I highly recommend.
This author has a ton of these gems. I recommend you not only check this one out but to grab one or two of the others.

RR Haywood as always is great!
Enjoyed this audiobook. Thought I had it figured out but didn’t see the ending coming the way it did, making it even more fun.

Oh the twist and turns
This was a fantastic read!! I thoroughly enjoyed. There were so many twists and turns. I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the ending.

Listen to n e r r haywood book and it's just good, it's just good
Very good, very good, interesting. Through the whole thing, very good twist and turns uh, very, very good, enjoyable little book.Well, r haywood, you can listen to any of his books.He's really good.
