Good overview and also good details. I used a credit to buy the audiobook but easily would have paid the cash. Sending it to my family because they always wanted to start in Real Estate as well.

Things got off to a bad start when the narrator simply relays five or six stories about so-called famous flippers that didn’t even work with the author. This book goes on to rattle off and ramble about lists of things that anybody could’ve found on the Internet. This is not a book written by or at least not a book it seems like it was written by anyone with prior knowledge of Houseflipping or an insiders perspective. Save your money. Save your audible credits. You could Google the information that shared in this book just as well. A total waste of time and money
