Five fantastic stars!

Loved loved this book. The characters are relatable. The narrator is excellent and does multiple voices well. I can't wait to read the next book!!!!!!!

Second book as good as the first

I blew through the first two books in the series in one weekend, can't wait for the rest of the series! You won't go wrong with this one.

Story

Overall I love the story. Strong female lead that’s not vapid or weak. The family drama issues are getting resolved. I love listening to the main character grow. This slow slow burn romance is also nice in comparison to what I’ve been reading lately. I like to mix it up. Honestly though what made me pick the audible version over written is the narrators voice. This narrators voice is stunning. This husky voice is also perfect for this character in particular. I can imagine a few other books I’ve listened to that would benefit from this narrator. Overall can’t wait to continue the series.

this is my fifth time reading through the series so far it's always amusing to listen to I can't wait for the 9th book

Loving this series

I am really appreciating the character development and world building in this series thus far. The author also does a great job of depicting the complexity of emotions and family.

Great Series

Honestly I read the book and listened to the audiobook and I preferred the book.
I think the narration is good but not great.
That's just a personal opinion, I know a few people who have said the narration
is perfect.

Another great story

Jackie is a great character and this book develops her new relationship with her family, in particular, her very Big brother. A great read and I can’t wait for the next in the series.

Love Jacky Leon and heath I hope for them to get together soon there is no good book without romance I just wish Jacky was a little stronger and had more magic though sometimes I feel like she is to weak but she still fights for what is right she just needs more power
