heartwarming story with many turns

just finished listening to it and i felt like i'd been on a roller coaster, but in a good way. it's like watching a movie where you're rooting for joe and his gang, feeling every bump and scrape along their crazy journey. the part where joe finds new love made my heart do a lil' flip, showing there's always a silver lining, even in the worst times. taylor's struggle to trust her dad and then seeing them come together was super touching. the way everyone bands together, turning strangers into family, got me thinking about what really matters when stuff hits the fan. it's wild how they keep moving forward, no matter what, kinda inspiring tbh. makes you wonder what you'd do if you were in their shoes, i wonder if this is a series and if there's a book 2.

extremely extremely poor character, environment and story development.

Disliked it all! Terrible writer! It was almost as if the book was written for preteens except for the gratuitous sex and rape. Very amateurish compared to other books and authors I've listened to.
