full of spiritualism
first I'm going to say that the book was read super slow that I had to jack up the speedometer to 1.75. next the woman who's reading it had some form of British or Australian accent on it that sounded annoying. The strange part is that I used to like that form of accident.
next as I started to listen to it, it just went over to the basics of what is defined as empathy and its history. Yet as it continued it started reading solutions that were just full of spiritualism. It started about the Universe's guidance, ones ora, using healing stones, crown chakra, energy fields, etc. Like we should focus on concept like that to try to bring us healing and control of our empathy or introverted issues.
So I'm very disappointed with the book because that's not what was presented would be discussed. The Enneagram section is focused on that same concept. I've studied other books that discuss the concept of the title and they were psychological instead of these spiritualism. I honestly consider this book because the high ratings that it had but I did find it interesting that it had no reviews just high ratings.
I wish it would have had more information that this book would of focused on those type of concept. If I would have known ahead of time I'm sure I would not have bought it.
