There better be a second book!

This story has it all. At one point I had to stop listening because it legitimately scared me. It's so good!! But why the cliffhanger!!? What happens next? Someone tell me when the next installment is coming out!!!

Born here all my life

Thoroughly transported with this sci-Fe thriller. From the spot on accents to the colloquial charm of chimis at Allsups this sound play captures the listener like you’re in the trunk of Loretta’s new ride. This was so good I felt guilty and called my Nina.

Absolutely worth listening to

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It flowed well, but I wonder, will there be an Eminent Domain series? It ended with a bit of a cliff hanger.

Sound experience

like hearing a movie, good experience. Story is 3/4 Stars. Overall for me 5 Stars.

The ending was a huge disappointment

It feels like an intentional cliffhanger to sell sequels. The sound and acting were great, and the story was going pretty good until it just ended at nowhere.

New to audio books

I am new to trying out audiobooks, and Eminent Domain has probably ruined me for all future ones. The characters, story, and background painted a rich, edge of my seat experience. This is a great story and an I love hearing the incorporation of familiar areas and landmarks of New Mexico. I recommend this to anyone looking for a rich story, well developed characters, and the opportunity to consider what exists outside of our own experiences. I hope the next one is in the works!

Abrupt ending with no resolution

The ending to this story was quite dissatisfying. While I didn’t expect everything to be tied up n a pretty knot at the end, I was left with more questions than answers to a story that required a lot of answers and explanation. I’m disappointed.

Fun if you don't get migraines

While I loved the story concept, the main character and the build up, there were so many sounds that trigger head pain I found it taking me out of the story. Sometimes I couldn't understand the garbled messages they found along the way. Still, I am curious to see where this goes as the ending felt more like a cliffhanger than an ending. Also, part of the attraction was the location. I grew up in Santa Fe and Albuquerque and loved hearing that in their voices and actions.

Great characters and acting. Shame they started the story without committing to finishing it.
