I enjoyed all chapters except for the one about “walking with weight” (aka rucking). The interviewee made no sense and the whole chapter sounded like an advertisement for their upcoming app.

I love the interviews and combination with the tips. The tips were very relevant! the majority came back in other self-improvement books but I heard some new ones which I will definitely try to incorporate in my life. The book was actionable and easy digestible.

What I liked about the book is how the author was personally experienced in the subject matter of building, resilience through structured discomfort.. but he didn’t stop there. He brought in masters within their fields to contribute to the dialogue of self mastery, by way of embracing the uncomfortable for the purpose of building resilience. I highly recommend this book.

I had read "The Comfort Crisis", and was wondering if this would be the same. It is similar, but different enough it doesn't feel like you are reading the same book. It had very helpful tips and it was a fun read.
