like many others I did enjoy this story quiet well but some of the side characters lacked the fluidity others did that kept you interested in them the entire time
I did enjoy everything else quiet a bit I will say and loved the performance! Will recommend :)

Chad Opo's best LitRPG yet and an excellent start to a new series! Great character development, fast action, and an amazing world to explore. Audio Version: Todd Menesses did an amazing job with this book. great vocals, range, and differentiated characters.

Good
I liked the story and progression it has. First half was amazing and built the story. Second half when it kept changing characters from Targon and Ajax it got a little confusing at first. Really hoping for Targon to learn about his parents, was clear to see he was sheltered in his little life before Guardian Games. Love the class system, he's an Ember mage Magus but also has ice. Cookie tax was...interesting. Narrorator voice on his pixie sounded a lot like Ms. Doubtfire.
Looking forward to the next book.

I liked it
I enjoyed the beginning of this new series. I kinda felt like it took a bit to get the story rolling but once it did, it didn't stop. I liked the multiple pov and felt like the narrator did a good job bringing all the characters to life. I'll be looking forward to the next one.

overall very entertaining
I can honestly say this book was very well thought out and I enjoyed the diverse cast of characters. I am looking forward to seeing where they go from here.
