Good story with moderate overuse of stats

I want LITRPG to flourish and become a significant player in the literary world. I think it's a great idea. The problem with most writers in this genre is that they lean on stats that don't matter. You see a level 5 zombie, and then they go through an entire character sheet. It often takes longer to read the character sheet than it does to kill the creature. I don't mind hearing that the zombie is level 5, your level is 4 and it is somewhat too majorly resistant to most of your attacks. You also don't need to agonize over available stats. Here they did a good job. He had three choices and named two but went in-depth with the chosen stat. Still, you don't need to go too deep, as they generally don't affect the story.

This is a good story from a new perspective. The protagonist is well thought out, and there is a good arc. He takes nearly two minutes to go over the characters' stats at several points. However, it only takes him ten minutes, and we have no idea what those stats purposes served. The protagonist relies on brains because he isn't OP yet.

I look forward to listening to the next book.

New Narrator blues

It’s not that I mind a different narrator as much as I really get pulled out (or prevented from getting into) a book with a new narrator if they say repeated words differently. I’m not making a judgment as to how stele should be pronounced but just that it be spoken the same in each book. That’s just one example. But again, not enough to ding the author.

Solid sequel

The concept of battling dungeons was cool. I really liked that the characters advanced in power a lot more in this book. The narrator delivers a solid performance.

Good

Ok so I gave the performance a 3. Not because the narrator is bad, because I hate when the narrators change. You get use to the voices the narrator gives a character and then have to readjust to a new way and it gets aggravating.
All and all it's a great story and already bought the next book.

Solid Dungeon Builder/HaremLit combo

Great sequel to Dungeon Bringer where it continues to follow Clay (Dungeon Lord Rathokhetra) as he deals with the fallout of the first book and continues to expand his dungeon. Solid dungeon builder series with a heavy slant to HaremLit without the almost obligatory endless sex scenes of most HaremLit books.

The only issue I have is the change in narrators between book 1 and 2. The new narrator Alex Knox does a great job, but listening to the books back to back it was a bit jarring.

Attack of the Cat-girl Dungeon!

Great story and Narration!

Clay is back, and he brought his cat-girl army to kick some serious dudgeon butt! After narrowly surviving the confrontation with the guild, the gang decides to check out the undead tomb. Little do they know that doing so will set in motion events leading to the discovery that other dungeons are nearby. What lies in store for our crazy dudgeon crew?

Fun listen - if you liked the first one then you will love the second one!

I can't wait for the next book in the series to come out!

Performance could use some work

The second installment is an adequate continuation of the Dungeon Bringer series, though it does get bland in some cases. Using erotic scenarios will only get you some far and failed to fill all of the cracks in this case. Also, there are annoying spaces and pause between audio bits here and there where it seems like the recording wasn't properly put together.

Everything I wanted in the second book and more!

Listen it's as simple as this if you like the first one you will love this one! I loved the banter back and forth between all the characters and the series of battles great attention to detail. Now I was a bit leery of the narrator shift but Alex didn't amazing job and I did not feel like there was a huge shift in personalities with the narrator's inflection do yourself a favor and get this book.

Great and unique take on dungeon core

I really like this series it has a very unique vibe to it and the story is progressing in a good pace also the harem aspect is very Interesting.

Bleeding characters

One thing I've been noticing a lot is a lot of characters are bleeding into each other as well as the story plotlines.
