Great listen

Sometime reviews are good to listen and other times you just have to trust the author if you made this far it’s because you like the way she unfold the stories. I truly enjoyed it. This book is full of action if you haven’t read jean-Pierre books then this will a shocking thrill. I went in the book wanting to know lion and the mouse thoughts. Kaz never disappoints and Emily is a great match. Where is misha for real? Why isn’t the dragon book audible ? This is my first ever review and I had to comment. One day I’m going to get all these books paper backs and signed. Thank you!!

Intense

This was intense, action packed and straight up crazy. Kazimir met his match with Jean Pierre and what a wild ride. Great continuation to the Lion and the mouse saga.

I've read this series but I wanted to hear the narrative version and I love it.

same story....

It's the same story just told from a different perspective. There was too much fighting and not enough......living! I wanted to see them live! maybe Emily meet Eden. I'm getting SICK of Kazimier being unreasonable, just as I was sick of Emily FIGHTING WHEN SHE WAS PRETTY SURE THAT SHE WAS PREGNANT!!!! This was frustrating to read.......

Depth of characters

Love the story line of the series and the depth of the characters & writing! Kudos!

Great story!!!

Emily is bad ass, Kaz is even more bad ass. Balls to the wall!!! Just got the next book, jumping in with both feet.

Enjoying the story

The author is clever in keeping the story going and keeping the reader interested plus they have to purchase the next book to find out what happens. The only disappointment is the change in the female narrator her voice is to soft for this storyline or I don't like it for this character.

Great voice actors, great series

Even though the voice actors had to push through a ton of typos from the source material, (a cold through part of it, Shari Peele?), a pandemic, and clearly no direction or consensus on how to pronounce certain names (which at points reached a fever pitch of hilarity w/ the attempts), these two voice actors are super convincing and just have naturally great voices so it was a pleasure to be lead through the story by them again.

I LOVE the Lion and the Mouse and am looking forward to the most recent installment of it (“Dirty Passions”) being audio voiced by these two again. This story and its different iterations aren’t the worst way to spend this quarantine. Quite the opposite. 😷👂🏾💖

Happy but was looking for something else...

Well of course I'm in love with Kazimir and Emily. They are made for one another. He stops at nothing to get his lover back. She is his life, his heart his everything. I couldn't give this story anything less than 5 stars...BUT I am disappointed that it is the same exact story as Sonata. The only difference is that it is told from Kazimir and Emily's perspectives. I was hoping that I was going to find out who was responsible for the monkey business! But still all in all, I enjoyed this listen and would definitely recommend this book as well as suggest listening to Rhapsody and Sonata. All are enjoyable full of action, love, hate and all in between.
