Good Read!!!

Loved the story about June and Mason. It was a touching story. I would love to read more about them!

The men , the men and the men

I liked all the surprise character development of the main male role. All of the them had a change of heart for their own good

My favorite story is June and Mason wish the white supremacy was the ones that went after June. Need a follow up to their story

what Can I Say?

I enjoyed the book to the fullest I mean Clementine Dove was like so good oh her narration was perfect and you can distinguish the characters from each other it was awesome and I mean I love Theodore Taylor because she is like hands down one of my favorite authors so yes I own the Kindle version and now I have the audio version of all three of these books so it was oh my goodness it was so good so if you're thinking about getting a book that's pretty good and you get to meet an entire family of dominant men I say get this book cuz it's so worth it

The story and narration is da bomb! Just really great stories and great narration! I feel like I’m right there… both in the writing and in the story!

Everything was amazing till the end of the last book

As always Theodora Taylor delivers an amazing story. I had to remove one star for the end of the last book. For such an amazing story the ending of that book was , to put it frankly , stupid. Please don’t ever put yourself in a book again and then ruin the ending. I’m genuinely so mad. We should’ve been able to get to see mason and June fully get there happily ever after. It was too rushed all so the author could put herself in the book. That wasn’t creative, it was cringe.

The only thing I kinda didn’t love was the country accent ESPECIALLY the second book for the male. I even had to speed up the audio so it was as painstakingly slow. But Clementine is an AMAZING narrator! The stories were good but like everyone else has said, June, Mason & Jordan was the best story (save for the ending)

Can't wait for Fairgood's Family Reunion!!

Great job, Theodora!! I loved all three books; however, June and Mason's story was my favorite. The author touched on many things: such as racism, self-hate, and hopelessness. Each character had some insecurities or battles they were fighting, but when they came together, they each helped one another grow. I hear and get something each time I listen, but the one thing that never changes is: we all can change our mindset to be and do better. Changing those harmful and hurtful ingrained mindsets can be hard when we grow up in an environment (and society) that teaches hate or negative stereotypes of others and ourselves.

Very good books..great writing and great depth. I enjoyed them. I really enjoyed Mason’s story.

Surprisingly good

These books were a roller coaster of emotions but really good stories. I was pleasantly surprised by the realism. I love the way the author gives the reader glimpses of characters from other series and ties it together so seamlessly.
