Favorite in series I think

Had a lot of giggle moments in my opinion and I love that! It was a fun Couple and the little girl too! I wish it had a little more in the ending with him putting his family in their place but that might be me being mad on his behalf lol

Sleeping dragon

So this seems like the last book of this delightful series. I’ve spent the last two weeks listening to all of the books from the series. You need to listen to them all from the beginning to get the depth of each person. Mia might have had the temper of a dragon hiding behind her small frame, but her heart was way kinder than what mine would have been to her ex husband! I adored her daughter!

I just want to hug Des 🫂

This is the only book that I read in this series, even though it’s a standalone, I would say that it would be beneficial to read the other books, in the series, to know the backstory of these other characters, because they appear often.

This story doesn’t have much humor, to me, but I didn’t really like Mia, she was an absolute B!t*h to Des for almost all encounters.
Des is an amazing person who deserves all the love, respect, mutual support and family. He’s all about being a stand up person and selfless, never expecting anything in return.

Laugh out loud wonderful

I think this was my favorite in the series of Heart Cove Hotties. I literally laughed out loud several times listening to this book. It was one of the more realistic stories and I loved it. I have enjoyed the entire series. Thank you.

Love this series

I just love the Hearts Cove stories! I usually mourn the loss of the characters once I’ve finished a book.In this series I get to keep up with all of them!

I CAN'T STAND THE HEROINE

She is so annoying and damaged yet you don't know she's damaged until you already hate her. So far I'm contemplating not finishing the book and returning it. She is my favorite author so this one hurts me to write.

UPDATE Decided to finish it. However still not my favorite book nor do I care for the heroine.

Engaging story I enjoyed.

Real life themes with relatable characters, and just enough romance and sex! Held my attention.

Negative attitudes

I think Dez should have run far and fast from that woman. The amount of push back he had to endour was insane. No way would he have to put up with that nonsense. Her issues were a bit strong. Sure it came to a hea but I almost stop listening after the tone did not change.

So much wasted potential

I don't think I have ever disliked a FMC as much as I do this one. she's selfish and cruel, frequently blaming her ex who is in fact an unworthy a-hole but she's nicer to him than the MMC. i don't think I've ever actively rooted afainst the HEA but this doesn't feel like the set up for a healthy relationship. the daughter was the best part of the whole story. I almost DNFd this one but I put it at double speed and pushed through the last quarter of the book. The narrators were fantastic and made it a good listen most of the way to l through and then finish it. If the narration wasn'ton point then u wouldn't have finished this book.
