I bought "Lockwood House" at an auction, and the magical community definitely knew something was up, because my rivals were all in on it, including Jake and Jasper, the infuriating wolf shifter twins who think they're so much better at renovations than me. I overpaid, and now I'm stuck with a mess. Floors caving in, 70s carpeting, and...the ghost of an incubus who won't stop flirting with me while I'm trying to demo.

That's not the only problem. The former owner's son seems to be drawn to the place against his own will. My witch radar is going off big time, telling me he has demon blood coursing through his own veins. And the wolves must smell trouble in the air, because they keep sniffing around too. I'll definitely never tell them that I keep uncovering disconcerting artifacts throughout the house. And more than anything, I won't admit that they both look pretty good in a tool belt. Why does this house seem like it's calling trouble to the doorstep?

I liked the concept, the varying relationship styles and the characters. ready for the next one!

Love it!

Love the unique take on the supernatural world, and tying it in with normal daily life. I’m truly enamored with Helena’s goals/aspirations and previous choices in life. I can’t wait to see what happens next with her and the guys!

Loved this one!

This is a great read! HGTV meets paranormal!! Good characters and story line. The performance from the narrators was excellent! Their voices fit the characters they portrayed.

Fun story

House flipping and strong FMC + Al the lovely wolfs + demons covering the dream and waking world….. nuff said. This is one of the great story that easily take me to the escape that I need. Great world building and both Lauren Sweet and Troy Duran made the characters came to life!!

I love Hell, she is very cool as a character. not her fault this job with incubus magic all around in and got her mind wondering lol
she seems lonely but reluctant to admit that she needs others, a circle, a family.
It's more realistic about sex an relationships so not a oh suddenly everyone is in bed or suddenly insta love. Hell goes back and forth, thinks impulses through and dethers like a true lonely person might.
Also if you get interested in her brothers story I'm pretty sure it's the boys over powers series, I will be finding out right after this series.

Not Your Typical Paranormal Romance

Heroine is smart & funny. She doesn't fight her desires. The plot is interesting.

Short and Sweet

This was a cute little start to this series. Love Love Love the dual narration!!! I enjoyed the banter between the characters along with the building mystery that has caught all my attention. I like the ideas in this one. The idea of paranormal house flippers is so unique I had to try it but am continuing for the Mystery! I like the idea of 2 incubi and 2 Wolves, it works! The steam is definitely here along with some dreamy sex scenes! The sex is all MF and only one big scene, it was detailed but not straight porn (Tails are weird) It was adventurous but just okay.

I will say that this book is short. You do miss some world building, plot fleshing out and romance building moments. However, it's a quick and cute little series so far so on to book 2 for me.

Pretty good

Storyline is pretty new to me. About a woman flipping a house to sells. Has no support and lives out of her truck between places. She meets some interesting guys, that have a lot of mystery behind them. The whole thing is kind odd. A ghost, 2 demons, and 2 wolf shifters. All competing for her attention. She's not fully understanding there intent. Even with all the weird happening. I love it. You rarely can surprise me with books and this one has done it. In a good way.
Readers/Narrators are both wonderful and great. I wish troy had some more parts, buts thats cause has one of my favs. Lauren is great.

Light, Fun, and Exciting

Absolutely loved the concept of flipping magical houses! Characters were complex and unique. Good spice/plot balance. Decent world building. Great quick read series!
