Love the female voices, males not so much

With the exception of two the male characters all sounded like stereotypical nerds with nasal congestion.

this was interesting

this eem to have more danger in it than normal i wished ir would have more about shannon,mac, kelly and babe angel in it that anything.
was disappointed that they didn't keep the babe.

Technical error

About three quarters of the way through about 4 or 5 lines were repeated like one of them was the replacement but they forgot to take out the other one.
Otherwise an excellent heartwarming ending.

Good holiday story.

I enjoyed this book, but there were a number of places where the narrator repeats herself. It’s as if changes were made, and the original narration was left in rather than edited out. That shouldn’t happen when people pay or use valuable credits for books.

Lots of tech problems

The audio keeps repeating lines. It happens at the very beginning and then with more frequency about halfway through the story. I see many reports of this in the reviews that are quite older. Please fix.

I enjoy this series

I definitely enjoy this series. The reader is good, I sometimes have issue with her male voices. I do understand it's not always easy to create so many different sounding voices.
There was a glitch in the audio as well. There were a few sentences duplicated because a name was not pronounced correctly but then was not edited out, it was just added in.

Christmas Cheer and Murder

The story was delightful and and filled with lots of good deeds. It took a long time for the murder to occur, but setting the scene and building the multiple characters did require some extra time. However the solving of the murder occurred too quickly. There were a couple of editing glitches; mispronunciation of Marisa was re-recorded without removal of the mistake. Overall, the book is an enjoyable listen and leaves enough questions about the characters to encourage listening to the next book in the series.

Great Story

I'm so glad this book is available on Audible. The story is well developed and the characters are interesting. Shannon is a multifaceted strong female character who owns a construction company and who keeps stumbling into mysteries. The only thing I don't like about Shannon is her pollyanna outlook. But I guess that's what makes her so likable. Shannon often appears like a mat at Whitney's feet. After this last stunt, Whitney needs to grow up and face consequences. I hope it happens in the next book.

corny but fun.

I loved the Shannon Hammer Mysteries. Just fun entertainment. kept me happy and interested. I hope there is another one.
