HOOKED!!!
This series has had me hook, line, and sinker!! Every book leaves on a cliffhanger leaving you wanting more. The narrator is so talented at making the characters come alive! It's honestly like watching a movie with how everything is portrayed. I almost always finish these books in the same day they're released. Can't wait for book 5!! :)

Book 4 does not disappoint. It if filled with twists and turns I didn't see coming. And the Ema Jesu dynamic just gets more gripping. The new characters leave you curious for more and the storyline is so intense building up to book 5. I cannot wait!
MJ Webb is spot on and the emotion that comes through her narration is amazing to be blunt.

Cliffhangers and Sense of Impending Doom
The author of does a great job at hooking you and keeping you interested with these books. This installment is no different. Although, I feel like this one has given me a bit more unease as to what's going to happen next. The heroine is the never give up, never give in type so I think she will deliver in the end, but the question is whether she save everyone that she wants protected. The narrator is very talented. It sounds like multiple people have participated in this book. She clearly spends time trying to give each character their own distinct voice. I can't wait for the last book!

Yes please!
I was so excited when one of my favorite side characters got the spotlight! And we are introduced to some new kick-ass characters.
This book brought some normalcy to Vampires. Pregnant and having to survive your parents and their weird messed up relationship. Navigating your ex and your current love (and hat you shouldn’t want). All while trying to the die and securing an alliance with the crown.
Wowza, talk about action packed!
I listened to this one on audible again because MJ Webb seriously KILLS it. Her accents are one point. She makes it hard to believe that it’s only her reading! I don’t think I can just read this series. I need MJ to read it to me
