CRUEL WINTER (SMOKE)

This is another great adventure in the life of Smoke Jensen. In this book Smoke goes to help an old friend out. He gets there and the town is going to be attacked by a group of outlaws. Smoke pins on a badge and takes charge of getting ready to kill the outlaws. If you like Smoke I think you'll like this story. It's action packed. This book only has Smoke in it. Sally, Pearly and Cal is not in this story. I have liked all of Smoke's books. I will listen to this one again later. This is a movie in your mind style of book with several narrators. How much the people in the towns resist getting involved unless the they have no options left.

The young lady Tommy the Tomboy. I like how spunky she was and guts to go help her dad.
