I thought the narration was great! I found the stories to be relatable & that some of the key sources I could implement & apply right away!

Very actionable and to the point

I was expecting it to be as dreading as the crucial conversations book (maybe it was dreading because I was forced to read it) but not this one. This book has nice practical examplesuuu and don’t feel like everything is life or death. The assessment and the 6 motivation sources seem clear as a con do and practical to use.

A “reread” after a few years - WELL worth it!

I had read the text version, probably the first or second edition. Listening to the Audible version was VERY good! Just a great overview of influencing our collective human behavior! SO relevant!

Did not make the points of the story clear, I believe there were nine steps to creating lastly behavioral change however they are wordy and hard to remember
