Helpful Visualizations

Coming Alive’s tools for growth are helpful. Michaels and Stutz provide complex visualizations and their explanations and examples resonate. Gerald Epstein’s “Healing Visualizations” (1989) is another visualization book which addresses completely different diseases. Stutz and Michael’s tools are refreshing.

I listened to both books after seeing the Netflix Jonah Hill Documovie Stutz. Five stars for all of it. I’m feeling confident that I’ll use these tools for the rest of my life and realize a much fuller potential then if I had not found these books/tools.
