Worth trying for sleep
This sound bath or meditation audio did a great job of putting me to sleep. It’s short, so if you try it and you don’t like it, you can try some thing else. But it’s been very effective for me.

A great way to start your morning
I decided to listen to this one morning before starting my day. I found this very relaxing and clearing of the body energy. if you want a nice way to start your day this is a nice audio to do so with. When listening to this audio track I reminded of wind chimes even though you don't hear them. Each time I listen to it I'm reminded of something different. Perhaps this is because that is the energy I need to clear my energy. Others have told me the same thing. very nicely done!

wonderful clarity in headphones no dualogue
this is a nice meditative piece with Chimes and bells for relaxing. Only wish it was a little bit longer almost tempting to put it on a loop. Although for a nice short time to piece together a reminder to take just a few minutes out and relax.

Remarkable!
I’m 76 and in the last five years I lost both parents, my stepfather and both aunts, all in their 90’s except for stepfather who was in his 80’s,(and who I loved like a father). So you might say I’ve been very lucky to have such important people in my life for so long! As soon as I started listening to this brief (which I appreciate) sound meditation, I got in touch with feelings of sadness. Sadness that all those above me are now gone and my generation is on top. That’s a very humbling realization. My point I guess is that in order to “clear energy” you may have to first get in touch with deep inner feelings. I understand that this can be frightening to us but I feel it is well worth it. I would say that this is a very powerful short meditation and I am grateful. I’ve actually only listened to it once and I plan to use it regularly. I’m in the midst of trying to eliminate or reduce chronic pain in the form of recurring headaches (which started around the time I turned 70). I think this will help to rewrite that story. Thank you so much Sara!

It shifted the energy
It took me awhile to connect to the experience and Then I did. My energy shifted. It did - I feel it now as I write this review. Lighter, less intense.

Simply put; this works
I return to this sound bath on a regular basis to clear my energy as an empath and then listen to Ground Yourself by Sara Auster to ground my cleansed energy. Bless.
