Christmas spirit must read!!

The whole book was so enjoyable! I have a large family and I could see each one of them in the characters in this book! There were so many things going on, one could never get bored!! I’m still smiling at the surprise ending!!

An Enjoyable Christmas Comedy!

It’s been a decade since I read most of the Shopaholic series but it didn’t matter. This book could stand alone.
Becky is clearly polarizing to readers in reviews- but I find her hilarious! Jess however is insufferable and I’d tell her to provide her own Christmas food if I had to put up with her in real life.
Nathalie Buscombe did a great job narrating the various characters.
I chuckled a lot but my favorite “bust-a-gut” stand-out moments were definitely at the ends of

Wonderful in every way

This is my favorite Shopaholic book so far, and the narrator Nathalie nailed it! Hilarious, heartwarming, precious. I SO wish Becky Brandon, nee Bloomwood, could be MY best friend.

Brilliant Simply Brilliant

While this book centers around Christmas, it is a fantastic read at anytime of the year. If you are looking for a laugh out loud read, you just found it. Nathalie Buscombe is the perfect narrator and this work by Sophie Kinsella is master class. Just purchase it now and prepare to be instantly delighted. Bravo!

Love the Shopaholic Series, Dislike Performance

I'm biased because I just love the Becky Bloomwood series. So I anticipated that I would love it regardless. However, the narrator was a bit dull. I've listened to other Sophie Kinsella novels where the narrator embodied the characters in her voice and was far more engaging and entertaining. This reader just sounded a bit too bored and not as enthusiastic about the story. Felt like it didn't fit with the essence of the story. I'm sure she's great for a more dramatic novel, but not for a comedy like this. Otherwise, I love Sophie Kinsella!
