I was expecting something better
What disappointed you about Change Your Posture Change Your Life?
I was looking for a better self-help book to correct my posture but the information in this book is pretty basic and even most of it questionable. I listened all the way to the end but found nothing that I would apply in my daily life. Plus, the voice tone of the speaker almost put me to sleep. It was so difficult to follow.
How could the performance have been better?
The speaker could talk with a bit more liveliness and excitement.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Change Your Posture Change Your Life?
I would re-write the book.
