Easy recipes- and easier to listen to than I imagined. Just remember when you're listening to recipes to pause and go back to avoid mistakes :)
There are a lot of helpful hints in the book that I appreciated- especially about how to keep chilies from being too hot in a curry, which I seem to never avoid.
