You will have build your mindset and look at things a different way.
You will have to be willing to take little extra time in the early assessment stage.
You will have to relinquish some control.
You will have to take the time to know your team members once you build it.
Even if you just take on the new mindset from this book, it will boost the productivity of the team you create. Your team can become a well-oiled machine!
