Really Great Leadership Book

I'm always suspicious of new books on leadership. I feel like I've read them all. What I found helpful about this book is it supported many of my leadership skills and have me deeper insight into my emotions, especially how to handle myself when I am triggered.

Inspired after reading!

This book is helpful to anyone in a leadership role whether you are a new manager or an experienced leader. There are tips and tools that allow leaders to become even more effective in their engagement of employees and ongoing communication with them. You will walk away with both theoretical concepts and practical tools to help you lead more effectively and inspire team members to achieve more. I am eager to put what I’ve learned into practice.

Good Advice - Kinda Repetitive

It was good. I had to listen to it on 2x just to speed through it because it got fairly repetitive. There are sound nuggets of advice if you can wade through the loquaciousness and repetitiveness.
