Fun western. I like Big Buck Trammel. He’s one of Johnstone best characters. There, that’s at least 15 words.

bury the hatchet was an excellent read. had the excitement from roguos to the heros was an excellent choice. Jay Johnstone and William Johnstone are fantastic authors

An Honest Lawman Wins

Buck won against long odds and formed good friendships while winning the love of a wonderful woman.

Pronunciation problem on the part of the narrator.

Narrator needs to learn to pronounce the word "dour" like sour not "do-er". She had a dour look! In other words she looked rather somber and depressed.

Went on a little long in places
Causing a push to continue listening but then came back and was great

Another good read from the series

I feel the sequel is as good as the first if not better. I would definitely recommend it to all you western fans. 

family friends and enemies

those crazy pinkerton agents ruin all the fun. throw in a unhinged father figure and a bon vivant bitter 'son' and you have an exciting episode.

BURY THE HATCHET

This is a great western. Shoot em up style. Buck has a lot of enemies. I wish he had more on his side. There is a lot of back stabbing in this book. Kind of everyone hating everyone. I liked the storyline but it was missing something. I think it was for me every body was against everyone. But I still liked it and will buy the next book. Buck is a tough no nonsense Marshall. He takes the fight to them. I like that. I couldn't stop listening to the end. It's an great storyline. Jack Garrett does a great job narrating this book. What a great series this books are amazing the narrator does a great job there’s plenty of action in these books but not too much to wear you’re over the top elite character is a bad mofo
