So good it should be a movie!
I read the other five star reviews and I agree, this is one of the best from the Johnstones. I was frantically looking for a second book in this series and can not find one. They better get busy writing cause I can't wait to read what adventure Cullen McCabe is tackling next. Great listen.
PS. Just found out that there are three books in this series, but maybe not on audio yet.

True cowboy story with a hero.
Living in the west on a ranch, it was enjoyable to read about how the west was won. Guts & stamina & a few good men built this country. Good story.

Death and Texas
This is one of the best books I've ever listened to. Cullen is an undercover marshall working for the governor. Cullen is tough and smart. There is a great storyline. Cullen is helping the town fight The Double D ranch. The ranch owner is trying to shut down the town so he can have more land. John Little did an excellent job narrating this book. This is my first time listening to him. I hope there are more books in this series. This book is well worth a credit or buying. Solid story told well…
First in a new series for me. I’m a Native Texan and live in the West. I know the geography, the history, and the people. It’s my heritage and the stories fill my mind with solid entertainment. I have volume two in the que and ready to go. Well done. Smoothly executed. Great read.
