This should be a cakewalk. Except there’s a fine line between love and loathing, and I think I’ve made the colossal mistake of blurring it.

Love, love, loooove this one

Read it in a day. CJ Bloom is one of my favorite narrators and Joe Arden never fails. Together they brought to life Shain Rose’s world filled with my favorite elements of a good romance: great spice, HEA love story, real world elements that don’t take you away from the illusion but ground you into the story. I felt like I knew these characters. Definitely recommend.

Hot!

I listened to this book through audible while following along on my kindle. CJ Bloom and Joe Arden did a fantastic job narrating! These two are on my list of favorite narrators!

Dominic is the ultimate alpha male! He has such a dirty mouth! Woooo! Clara is such a people pleaser and never puts herself first. I loved the banter between these two! The two of them challenge each other and I love their dynamic throughout the book. I love how the author represented Clara’s chronic illness! She did a wonderful job! This was a great book overall and I highly recommend!

The novel was consistent and had me on edge with different emotion’s! Overall I loved and enjoyed the novel .

I like the fact everyone deserve a second chance at being in love again after a heartbreak.

ok so, I don't normally listen to stories that switch POV's but wow! between CJ Bloom and Joe Arden they made it amazing! seriously I got the other book just to listen to them more! *fans face* wow, just wow!

This book was great!!! Gave me all the feels, laugh out loud, cry and just smiled through the whole book. I did not want it to end. !

i just have one question for myself. why did i wait this long to read this series??? i am quite literally obsess with the hardy family. i cannot wait to read all of shain rose’s books!

i love clara milton, she truly deserves the world. dominic hardy would literally give her that. the way this man wanted nothing to do with love, but for her, he bend all his rules. he fell so hard for her 🥺

Fantastic book but audiobook missed

I loved this book and the audiobook was amazing UP until the end. I’m following along with kindle and the audiobook is literally skipping over half the paragraphs and inner monologue that the characters are having…. Besides this everything about this book was fantastic
