Great Story

Thus was so well written. It had all the feels. The narrators captured what the author was conveying. Absolutely Well Done!

Details on airplane

I felt like Billie and Jared while being on the plane with the events happening around them. Narration was perfect for these characters. Didn’t realize there were 2 stories in one.

Great story and narration!

From start to finish, I was completely engrossed in this story and captivated by the narrators. What I loved most about this book was its ability to keep me guessing with its unpredictable plot. The abundance of twists and turns made it impossible for me to stop listening. If you're looking for a refreshing read that will keep you hooked until the very end, I highly recommend giving this book a try. It's a true gem that left me thoroughly satisfied and craving more.

I absolutely loved this book! Ms. Rose and Mr. Clarke are some of my favorites and the story… Oh my gosh, the story. Sweet and sad all wrapped up in this perfect little audio file. ❤️

Great story

From page one this story had me in its grip. The narration was perfect and I really enjoyed the parallel story lines.

Story is such a drag!

Marni is one of my favorite authors and she knows how to bring the spice- but this book ain’t it!! The story kept switching back and forth between two couples and you didn’t understand the connection until the very end - not a typical Marni read if you’re looking for all the spice!

Soooo drawn out

I kept wondering "what is the point of this long, boring, drawn out tale of two couples." It took forever to finish 'cause I really had to force myself to take more time on this, trying to get past the disconnect. Yes, the answers are given at the end but I think the story could have been told in a lot more interesting format. The performances were excellent but I did not enjoy the journey.

very slow

I nearly stopped listening several times and the ending didn't feel like a shock. the epilogue wasn't that great either. I didn't feel this was a HEA. I walked away feeling unsatisfied and in a poor mood. I don't recommend this book.
