Because it's Jimmy Carr - recently scientifically proved to be the funniest comedian in the UK - there are jokes, jokes and more jokes throughout. If laughter really was the best medicine, the NHS would be handing out this book in Nightingale Hospitals.

Fun. insightful. Interesting.

Jimmy Carr gives a fun glimpse into his mindset. He uses his wit to bring insights to the reader. Like many comics, he even more interesting than he appears on stage.

Witty and Thought-Provoking.

Almost couldn't get through the book because I was laughing so hard. A very funny, witty, thought-provoking book from a funny, witty, thought-provoking comedian. I love self-help books, but when you read enough of them, the cliches and cheesy messages get old after awhile. This was such a refreshing spin on the whole self help/humour/biography genre.

Jimmy Carr the wise man

This book came to me out of nowhere and has impacted me more than I should admit however it did impact me. I laughed and I leaned quite a bit about Jimmy and myself. Jimmy is hilarious but surprise if you don’t know, he’s intelligent as hell. Taught a dumb ass like me a lot!

Hilarious and surprisingly poignant

One doesn’t expect such a raw, honest, and vulnerable book to come from Jimmy Carr. I bought it because I enjoy his comedy, but I finished it because it’s so real and positive. Well done.
