Excellent guide.
Great book of instructions. My doctor has just recommended this way of eating and this book surely supports me and tells me how to achieve it. This is good audio for someone who is learning about intermittent fasting and why it is important to lose weight in muscle growth and, in general, for overall health.

Valuable information.
Great resource for beginners. Examples of exercises and feeding plans were very appreciated. The explanation of the benefits was encouraging. I liked the simple and direct presentation of the facts related to intermittent fasting. All the standard warnings are there, but then there are some really good tips to set your goals and keep you motivated.

Super useful explanations.
The explanations are super useful. The part that made me question things is the advice to eat something small if you get hungry at the end of your fast. For me, it seems that it would break the fast. Highly recommended
