Yes, for your beautiful soul. By taking care of your internal energy, you will create vibrant health as well as mental and emotional wellbeing.

Our own internal energy flow has to be functioning at its best. It has to be free flowing and clean. This is the one thing we have control over entirely. This is where the answer to our problems usually lies.

We have the ability to cleanse our aura and allow our energy to flow freely throughout our spiritual body. Bad energy needs to be pushed out and blockages must be cleared. Some of those negative things are internal and some are external. Either way, you have the ability to fix it and you are just about to discover how to do it in an easy, practical and fun way!

Would you consider the audio edition of Auras: Understand and Feel Them to be better than the print version?

I'm very new to the topic so a lot of the information was thought-provoking to me.

Learned more than I expected from this read, the detail and explanation is great. Definitely will listen to it again.

not the right voice for this book

I am trying to enjoy it, the is of it and the education it self is amazing. It's the narrator that is ruining it. hopefully I can get thru it.

Worth the listen

It was short but a fast and great breakdown for anyone interested in this area.

Good foundation, terrible narration

Good foundational knowledge for beginners. Terrible narration made me return it. I wish I could purchase via kindle.

Poor narration

The book is fine. A very general introduction to auras but not overly educational. The real issue with this audible book is the narrator. Not good at all. The narrator sounds as though they're reading a fictional story with character dialog. His pace is also very slow. It's unfortunate for the author because there's information that would be helpful to someone who's getting interested in different forms of spirituality.

Good to know Auras

The book helps us get to know Auras, the color and what they symbolizes or what they mean. This helps us understand other people as well as we interpret that aura they project.

I enjoyed the information. I was easy to understand and compelling. Will listen to it again.

Pretty Good!

Easy to listen to but what was a little weird is the narrator is a male but the book was written from a female point of view, so some pronouns didn’t make sense sometimes. No big deal, I just noticed it. I wonder why they didn’t get a female to read the book?
