Not exactly acurrat.

Its filled with allot of things that are just general knolege or completely false. Sorry author, but you can not die in the astral plain. Fear of death in the astral plain should not be a precaution you should worry about. It is after all, all in your head. The author also assumes this is a religious practice and you should practice praying or asking help from Jesus or buda... I kind of knew I waisted $3 when I heard that. If you are looking for alternative methods or detailed descriptions on how to astral project, get another book. I would not recommend some one new either as it sets you up to think about this in a certain way.

Must read for first time travelers

This is a perfect book if you are new to astral travel. It runs through the list of things you need to do and know. It does not explain how to protect yourself or how to meditate for example. You will need to research the methodology that is suggested in this book. But it’s a good start to get the list of things to do going before you start.

Very informative and sets a clesr picture of how to get ready for travel. Some very good techniques, and he gives you room to create your own custom ways of pulling out of your body. Packed with quick, valuable information for Astral Travelers
