A Captivating Guide

This is an excellent start to the broad scope of African history and tells one that this is a continent that contains/contained many cultures. I will also look at the different Great Courses to find something beyond Egypt.

Great for beginners

Well researched and very well presented audiobook. Worth watching. U will learn a lot about neglected African history. Of course, it's produced for an Afro-American audience, nonetheless, it's overwhelming.

This is a good guide audiobook about a part of world history that is tremendously neglected. This is captivating and informative for any audience and can go a long way scatter out-of-date myths about African culture.

The incredible unknown history of Africa and what we still need to learn.

I truly enjoyed listening to this book of history. It is such an abundance of information and knowledge. It is a shame that there is so much we have not been taught in schools and universities about this great continent and its many unique countries and cultures.

It is so vital for everyone to see as the results most of us have from our history books do not tell the real story of the history of Africa's Great Civilizations. The audio was delivered as scheduled and was well protected during mailing.
