Good audiobook but paper copy is probably better
Some parts of the book have visuals that you are unable to access with the audiobook. Still a good read!

Not an accurate title
This book was not at all what I expected. With a title of "Airbnb Hacks," I expected tips and ideas of how to do things. The whole first 90 minutes was a history of Airbnb. The next 30 min was very basic information about how Airbnb works. Then the final 90 minutes were tips, but almost everything was basic common sense kind of stuff.
This also seemed to be geared towards hosts renting a room out, not an entire house. Not really a negative, but an FYI.
Also, the narration sounded like a robot talking.

best hack, don't buy this book
This book is too simple, poorly written, contained zero research, and over one-third is about the history of airbnb.
