Everything I wanted and more!
I’m not a big book reader and i kept having to restart the physical book after I’d put it down for a week or so. I’m glad I was able to listen to it and it kept my interest the entire time and finished in a few days. It’s steamy, spicy, romantic, shocking, I could envision almost all of the book happening while listening to it which was a huge plus for me. Amazing listen! Can’t wait to start the next book in the series!

Love a sapphic romance!
Love the banter and the characters. The magic system was easy to follow and the world building was minimal. I loved that tattoos were seen as powerful and not taboo.
The smut was 🌶️🔥
Didn’t love the pacing but I was expecting it cause they said they were gonna prep for the heist for 3 weeks and execute in 1 week.

Fantastic book and good narration once you get used to it!
I absolutely love this series and don’t see how these books aren’t as popular as the cliche court of thorns and roses, etc. They’re that type of books with queer centered characters. I’m so excited there’s more.

Playfulness

A Sexy Adventure
This books is just what I had been looking for. I love the love/hate dynamic and the fantasy elements of magic and castles and the steamy parts! I can’t wait for the rest of the series.

Wow
Ruby Roe captured my heart with this enemies to lovers fantasy. The characters were fun and snarky, the banter was 🌶️ and hilarious, and the story was compelling. I love a good morally gray character and this story was full of them. And don't even get me started on the spicy scenes. 🥵🫠🤤 Thank you for putting this amazing book into the world. Lesbian romance needs more like this! I can't wait to start book 2!!!

I didn't believe it when they said it was 🌶🌶🌶
I really enjoyed this story and holy s*** were the naughty scenes 🌶🌶. This is definitely a book you want to listen to in private. Every character is dynamic and powerful, I love the focus on the enemies to lovers theme in this book. I'm off to listen to the next.
