This was a wonderful conclusion to a great series. I’m sad that James and Penny’s story is over for now.

Meghan Crawford did a great job with her performance for this book. The only thing I wish was that there was a male performance for the POV of James. Sometimes, it was easy to forget who was supposed to be “telling the story” during each chapter. This is just a minor thing because it doesn’t take away the great performance of Meghan.

I cannot wait for the rest of Ivy’s books to be out on Audible.

I could’ve done without the repetition of the scenes from the book temptation Word for Word and and even the book reading to scar could have beg been condensed a bit more. 1 negative thing about the lead character is her constant internal dialogue of self doubt or misreading so many situations. It became pretty frustrating! Otherwise I loved James and Robs characters a lot.

I feel like the repetition from 1st and 2nd book was boring and confusing to listen to. I feel like it could have been written out better without the constant copy and paste dialogue. Otherwise I enjoyed the series mainly the first 5 books. I’m a bit disappointed with last book since I spent $60 to buy all the credits.

I think this is only the 2nd time I have given this low of a rating and I read/listen to a lot. The book is mostly a replay of the first 2 books and even a long section of her reading another book to her kid. Between that there is a continuation from the previous book of self absorbed thoughts leading to ridiculous drama. This is the unhealthiest relationship ever since they can't go 5 minutes without doubting everything if they aren't getting constant affirmation, seek counseling.
