Loved the story! Fell in love with JJ. Only negative is the female voice should of been a little younger but overall all , Love it

At first I felt like Lynn Barrington sounded a little snooty for Mila but she grew on me and by the Chapter 3 she was the perfect Mila.

Mila and JJ are the summer fun everyone hopes to have. The push and pull they give one another is the perfect way to find happiness. Need more!!!

JJ is my new book boyfriend crush! ❤️

I read this book in April never dreaming it would actually become an audiobook. This is the first time I have ever heard Lynn Barrington perform, and I was genuinely pleased with how she was able to bring the book to life. She did a great job! I usually prefer love stories in which there is duel narration, but this book was about Mila (although, I would have loved for JJ to have a voice, ha ha). I love Ivy’s books, and I am even more excited that she’s now having them put in audiobook form. This just makes me so happy.

I truly enjoyed the two protagonists of this story. There were so many times that my heart broke for Mila. I cannot believe she had a father who treated her the way he did and an ex who did the same. She was broken, and JJ was the perfect man to help her heal. I loved how protective he was of her. I love the cute way they “ignored” each other when she was on the beach. He sounds like a perfect boyfriend. What girl doesn’t want a man who looks at her adoringly? My heart melted, but at the same time they both aggravated me. I just wanted to yell, “Just tell her/him how you feel!”

It was a light hearted read. I enjoy “steamy”, but this story didn’t go overboard with it. It was a sweet love story. I think JJ may be my new, book, boy crush. ❤️
