This is an amazing book. I am a huge fan of Greek mythology and Hades especially, this was my first experience with Hades being female but it was the BEST Hades portral I have ever read

This is easily one of the top 5 books I have ever read in my life.

I absolutely did not want it to end. the best part is how great the author is at writing the story and making you hang on every word with total anticipation. though erotic not just throwing mindless smut at you every 2 pages.

would love if the Author revisited the world of Greek myth in the future.

I will be following and reading everything by her that I can.

I liked it but felt it could have been twice as long to truly love it. It wasn’t enough! I need more! Had some spice in the beginning but then nothing till once more toward the end. Well written. Narration was amazing! Loved the storyline.

I absolutely love the story and the twist of the characters. it was a very good story, beside the violence I rather had stayed out of it, but mythology as a whole had full of it. but overall it was an excellent book and the narrator was perfect for this story. I highly recommend listening to it.

Overall it was a fun piece I could not stop listening too. The spicy scenes were great, but left me wanting more.

I wanted more detailed resolution between Hades and Persephone; it was hard to swallow Persephone loving Hades so quickly after all the abuse she endured by her hand- but I guess as a survivor of parental abuse it could make sense to accept something.. familiar.

The content warning at the being was clear and correct. Hades is still trapped within the Patriarchal standards and acts as though she owns Persephone. I was hoping for a bit more rebellion from Hades in this.

My ideal would be a lesbian tale of the two in which Hades was a blessed escape from the strict heteronormative patriarchal reality of the over-world; one in which the classical telling was a lie created by that world to make Persephone a victim to valiantly save when in reality she is a freed woman choosing the unconventional and forbidden.

That all being said I did really enjoy the book and would recommend to others looking for this style. Thank you Lianyu Tan!
