Calm & Bright was born in 2009 when Eve, an exhausted first-time-mum, had a minor car crash with her baby in it. Eve’s ten month-old baby was waking every two hours overnight and her physical and mental health was deteriorating. Faced with two options (brutal sleep training, or the brutality of carrying), Eve developed her own peaceful pathway to a full night’s sleep. Within three days of using her love-led, intuitive approach, her baby was sleeping 11-12 hours at night and life was transformed beyond measure. Compelled to help others, Eve volunteered her support to local families until she could no longer meet demand. In 2014, Eve’s sister Gem (a paediatric nurse of 20 years) joined the fold. Today, alongside their highly-qualified NHS team of paediatric nurses and mental health professionals, the sisters have helped thousands of families around the world discover a life with sleep. Best known for their judgement-free approach, random acts of kindness and astonishing results, Eve & Gem have fast become a leading voice in early years sleep. In the last twelve months, their instagram page has organically grown by 35,000 followers. Happy clients include Izzy Judd, Aston Merrygold, Rachaele Hambleton (Part-Time Working Mummy), psychologist Anna Mather and Heart FM's Zoe Hardman.
