Crime Solver's Detective Agency

Meet Karrine, a clever, witty twelve-year-old with her own detective agency. "No job is too big" is her motto. In "Dognapped", Karrine scours the city to find the beloved stolen pet of a kind older woman. In the "Magical Disappearing Act", a magician’s assistant disappears, and it’s up to Karrine to solve the mystery. In "The Painted Ponies", Karrine, along with her quirky cousin, Jayden, who has come for a summer visit, must discover who would want to paint all the ponies in Mr. Jackson’s stable.

Ever since starting her own detective agency, Karrine has wanted that really big case...and now, her chance is here. When her neighbor's car is stolen right out of her garage, Karrine is eager to investigate. The only problem is her mother won't let her work the case. To handle this problem, she'll take on a new partner.

Karrine's been busy solving mysteries and needs a vacation. So, she heads for California for a long-overdue visit with her family. Fate has another plan for Karrine as she and her family attend the State Fair, and run head on into another mystery. Someone is knocking people to the ground and stealing purses.
